PE/PP/PVC Wood Plastic Composite Profile Extrusion Line, WPC profile extrusion line

This extrusion line can be used to produce PE & PP WPC profiles, which are extensively used for pallets, packing cases, flooring, outdoor decoration, etc

This line consists of Conical Twin-screw Extruder and relevant auxiliary machines, which is mainly used for producing PP, PE, PVC powder mixing with wood flower and filling material granules, the finished granules are evengranular, dense, and have good appearances. Auxiliary machines adopt die surface to granule, air for supplying material, shaking and separating for cooling. So this line is high automatic and higher efficient.
